Rapid installed their 2nd fully automated conformal coating line. The coating line includes two PVA Delta 6 conformal coating systems and conveyorization of the entire line. The line is capable of coating both top side and bottom side PCB’s in a single pass.
Hayden Grom, Director of Operations, stated, “since standardizing on PVA’s coating platform we’ve been able to accelerate moving product onto our automated machines. We can seamlessly transfer product to any machine depending upon machine availability on any given day. The PVA platform has helped us continue to grow without being faced with capacity constraints.
