Rapid’s commitment to quality begins the moment customer drawings and paperwork are received and entered our ERP system. Our ERP system is fully integrated. Documentation is viewed on a tablet for every step in the coating process.
We believe in quality at the source and strive to maintain quality throughout the entire process. During the last step in our process we inspect 100% of every order to verify our process control as well as product quality prior to shipment.

Our sole focus is the application of materials to PCB assemblies. Rapid has several degreed process engineers on staff that consult with customers throughout the development cycle of a PCB assembly.
