Rapid has hired a recent college graduate for the position of Process Engineer.
George Grom, President, indicated “young engineering talent is critical to the long-term success of our business. In this role as process engineer, our engineer will have responsibility for process related improvements across the entire conformal coating process. We’ve reached the point in our growth path where we need to continue to streamline our conformal coating process and take advantage of the automation capability we have in-house. Being able to tap into the outstanding engineering programs at colleges and universities throughout the Northeast is a huge benefit to us.”
