Automated Coating
Our goal at Rapid is to provide automated conformal coating to help ensure quality and consistency while helping to reduce lead times and cost. We strive to coat our customer’s assemblies in an automated fashion and, here at Rapid, we currently have two fully automated selective conformal coating equipment lines to help us achieve this goal. Our fully automated selective coating lines allow us to reduce the amount of masking and handling required which helps to increase efficiency and quality to our customers

Quick Turn Services
One of Rapid’s core goals is to address the need for quicker turnaround times. Our level of automation along with our fully integrated ERP system has allowed us to provide the fastest lead times in the industry. Our standard lead time is 5 business days, however we offer fee based quick turn services to complete time-sensitive jobs in as little as 24 hours. We will determine exactly what our customers time constraints are and are happy to work with you through every step of the process to ensure that your deadlines are met.

Other Services
When automated application of coating materials is not feasible due to board size, board shape or coating requirements, Rapid offers two dedicated manual spray booth to accommodate customer requirements. In addition, we offer a variety of other material applications and auxiliary services to help save our customers time and money. We offer material applications such as potting, encapsulation, underfill, gasketing and staking as well as stripping of acrylic and urethane materials for board rework.
